Joy Riding!

Guess what I did on Saturday? I went joy riding Saturday in my new car!

Long story short - I have been wanting a new Mazda CX-9 for about 6 months now... ever since my husband sold my Tahoe so he could buy a minivan for himself. After much discussion, I was all set to get the car the end of November but, Mr. injured himself and wasn't able to help me look.

Now I know what many of you all are thinking - "you don't need your husband to buy yourself a car - you are woman hear you roar - and do it yourself!" Yeah, yeah... I know. But seriously, I was scared to buy it by myself. I was afraid I would end up with more car than I needed, wanted, or could afford and in all honesty my husband is the best "shopper." I knew with his help, he was going to find what I wanted with nothing more or nothing less and I would end up paying less than I could have ever imagined. So FINALLY we went to the dealer on Friday and I ended up with the perfect car... and surprise, surprise it is not the Mazda CX-9! I got the Mazda CX-7 - it is smaller and sportier and I LOVE IT!
