You know, there's just something wrong with a heel that high. Anthropologists are going to have lots to say about them in a few centuries--right along side corsets and bound feet.
I have both the first pair and the second pair (in nude) and I actually think they are. Because of the hidden platform in those two your foot is not actually in as awkward of a position as it appears to be...that third pair, looks tough alright!
