to absolutely LOVE raw potatoes?
I have been eating them since I was a child and I really do love them sprinkled with a little salt. I don't cook potatoes very often these days but last night I made almost mashed potatoes and started munching on the raw cut up potatoes while I was waiting for the water to boil and I couldn't get enough.
I am thinking about having more today for lunch.
Is it weird or do you share my love for raw potatoes?

My mom used to make the *best* homemade french fries and I can remember nibbling on raw potato sticks before she would put them in the oil. Can't say that I loved them, but whatever floats your boat! : ) We eat so many other veggies uncooked, so why not!
Dude! That is the weirdest thing I've ever heard. But I still love you anyway :)
I've never tried them raw, but now I will have to -- I'm intrigued!!
